You can pay invoices and add account credit with several methods. Which ones you see depends on your account's region: accounts in Bangladesh pay in taka, international accounts pay in US dollars.
bKash and Nagad (Bangladesh)
- Open the invoice in Invoices and choose bKash or Nagad.
- You are taken to the secure payment page of the wallet.
- Enter your wallet number, the verification code sent by SMS and your PIN.
- You are returned to the invoice, which is marked paid within a few seconds.
Send Money and bank transfer (Bangladesh)
When these options are switched on, the invoice page shows the number or bank account to pay into.
- Send the exact invoice amount using Send Money from your bKash or Nagad app, or by bank transfer.
- Write the transaction ID, and take a screenshot of the receipt.
- On the invoice, choose the method you used, enter the transaction ID and upload the receipt.
Our team checks manual payments by hand, normally within a few hours during business hours. The service starts or renews as soon as the payment is approved.
Binance Pay (USDT, everywhere)
- Choose Binance Pay on the invoice.
- Scan the QR code with the Binance app, or log in on the Binance page that opens.
- Approve the payment in USDT.
The invoice is marked paid automatically once Binance confirms it.
Account credit
Use Add funds to top up your balance with any of the methods above. Credit pays future invoices automatically, which is the easiest way to make sure a renewal is never missed.
If a payment does not show up
- Wait a minute and refresh the invoice; some confirmations take a short while.
- If money left your wallet but the invoice is still unpaid, do not pay again. Open a ticket in the Billing department with the invoice number, the payment method and the transaction ID, and we will match it by hand.
