FAQ

Before you order

Something else? Ask our team.

How long does setup take?

Most bare metal orders are ready within a few hours of payment. We email you as soon as the server is handed over.

Can I choose RAID?

Yes. Add a note when you order or open a ticket and we configure RAID 1 or RAID 10 before installing the OS.

Do I get IPMI access?

Yes, every bare metal plan includes IPMI, so you can reboot, mount an ISO or open a console yourself.

How many IPs do I get?

Each server comes with a /29 IPv4 block. Need more? Ask support with a short note on what they are for.
